Wilhelm Franz Heinrich Dölberg is appointed as Privy Auditor Councillor or Minister of Finance, of Prussia, by Kaiser Wilhelm II.
Premium Brand Distributors start trading as an importer and distributors of Photographic brands with their main brand being Nikon Photographic.
Heinrich and his wife Hillie, initiated the Turnstone business in Mauritius and his brother, Roelf, joined them soon afterwards.
Stefan van der Walt acquires the complete shareholding of Premium Brands and take over as CEO.
Premium grows its market share from 6% to 50% in the various sectors and expands its product range and adds other international brands e.g. Nikon Sport optics, Kodak, Polaroid, Gitzo and various other brands.
